I wanted to say The Fourth Tower of Inverness which only a few believe exists, except in the Jack Flanders audio adventure stories produced by the ZBS Foundation, but that has nothing to do with the works of Tolkien, so I couldn't use it. Instead I chose the fourth Hill-beacon Tower.
