What sorry that's already taken by Leon, followed by The Shawshank Redemption and the The Empire Strikes Back.
I Liked the Fellowship better, but still... Yes.

I am hoping the third will be better.

(But Treebeard made up for all of it Wink Smilie )
Ross! I know you`ve got your own opinions but, no way should anyone right: NO,NO,NO,NO,NO!
Are you ill? I think you should get checked out at the doctors!! Big Laugh Smilie
TTT was, I agree, different from the book in many aspects, but I consider it is very closed minded to condemn it. Gollum for instance was superb. PJ's films are based on JRR Tolkiens books; they are not exact translations onto celluloid by any means. Has Ross ever seen a book adapted to screen almost word for word?
I agree with you Eolynn. Good point! Wink Smilie
As soon as I got over the changes - yes! Big Smile Smilie (I mean if I'd watched it more than once in a few days that obviously means something, right? Wink Smilie )
Yes. If only because it helps you to visualise the characters and the places when you read the book.
And if nothing else GOLLUM is superb believe me.

Absolutely YES!!!
Yes, and I actually liked it more than the first movie
Don't know. Perhaps just in between.
YENO?? Elf Confused Smilie
It's all just a matter of taste, so really no one can criticise anyone's opinion of the movie. Well, they can, but y'know... Rolling Eyes Smilie If everyone liked the films, how boring would the world be? There'd be no one to argue with about them, no one to roll their eyes when you go on about how good or bad they are. Anyway, i really like both the movies...wanna make somethin' of it? Tongue Smilie
I liked it better than the first movie, FOTR, as well. Believe it or not. Wink Smilie

I would only watch LOTR's newest Blu Ray version with the extra scenes or the Collectors edition box set, with all the extras.

If i were to do it again, i would read the books first just like before. But now its different cause i actually have two options. Personally I think the book is better, the story is more solid and adventurish. Plus all the characters are fun and cool. I watched the movies like 5 times, and there are certain characters who i dislike but liked in the books. and not the other way around cause i liked all the characters in the book!

Yes!!! i well and truely love them and do not know anyone who doesn't.

Yes Sir. Awesome opening scene. Done with the utmost beauty. Gollum was born a instant star.(being more than half a millennium old at that point) but a instant star nonetheless. Superb Sir Jackson. Superb.
