With the Four Hobbits and Tom and Goldberry...because Tom always made me smile, and I've always wanted to meet him and his wife.
1) In Gondor after Aragorn was crowned king...

2) In Hobbiton after Frodo and Sam killed Saruman and Wormtongue...
Where and why?
In Gondor after the coronation, because I bet there was one great party after that.
1. Under the Misty Mountains, listening to Bilbo's and Gollum's Riddle Game.
OR
2. In Farmer Maggot's house, eating mushrooms with the Hobbits.
Where and why?
Under the Misty Mountains, because I love this scene, I love Gollum & Bilbo & The Hobbit, and I hate mushrooms.
By the way, nice game.
1. In Lothlorien, meeting Galadriel and Celeborn
or
2. Inside the Lonely Mountain, having a chat with Smaug.
Where and why?
Definately in Lothlorien meeting Galadriel and Celeborn because it sounded so beautiful and I would want to see the golden leaves.
1) Sitting in a boat on the Long Lake as Bard shot the Black Arrow and brought Smaug to his death...
OR
2) Sitting outside in Hobbiton on the day of Sam and Rosie's wedding.
Where and why?
The first. I always wanted to meet Smaug.
1. With Gandalf and Pippin on their way to Minas Tirith on Shadowfax's back.
OR
2. With Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas when they're chasing the Uruk-Hai.
Where and why?
Definetely with the Three Runners, although I doubt if i'd stand the incredible pace. I've always liked this part.
How about this one, choose the trouble you'd rather be in (you don't know the outcome, of course):
1. Captured by Goblins in the Misty Mountains, you are being dragged deeper and deeper, towards the roots of the Mountains.
OR
2. Standing in the Chamber of Mazarbul, you hear shrieks and Orc battle cries. They are coming closer...
Where and why?
the first. I prefer being already captured to waiting for them to come without knowing what will happen as soon as they come in. *I'm a coward*
1. Sitting on a bench in Rivendell chatting with Elrond
or
2. Standing in front of the Black Gate when the Mouth of Sauron is about to come out
where and why?
Oh definitely sitting chatting with Elrond
1. Going through Dunharrow with Aragon, Legolas, Gimli and the Dunedain
or
2. Standing on the Deeping Wall at Helm's Deep with the Orcs advancing
this is a good thread 
the first one, the three of them make a perfect team

Definately celebrating Bilbo's birthday....I would cry watching frodo leave. I'm such a wuss.

Anduin the Great, definetely. I dream of seeing The Argonath.
1. Witnessing the arrival of Eorl The Young, to the aid of Gondor.

2. Witnessing the arival of The Noldor to Middle Earth in The First Age.
When and why?
the second one, the history of the elves is very interesting
1. on the ships of the corsairs sailing up the great river
or
2. inside the elvenking's dungeons trying to get some dwarves out

Sailing up The Anduin, because this is one of the turning points in the war.
1. Standin in front of Galadriel's Mirror
OR
2. Camped by Anduin, on the southern journey of the Fellowship
where and why?
standing in front of Galadriel's Mirror, as she is one of the characters is would most like to meet
1. Sitting on the grass with Bilbo watching Gandalf's fireworks on a lovely summer night, or
2. Hunting orcs with the Rohirrim.
Where and why?
the first one, summer night and fireworks sound very relaxing. plus: I'm not a good runner - I couldn't catch anything.
1. climbing up the stairs of cirith ungol together with gollum
or
2. fighting smaug at lake town
where and why?
I choose the stairs...The climb would be worth the view of Minas Morgul
1. In Utumno, when Beren snatches the Silmaril from The Dark Lord's crown.

2. At the end of the Second Age, when Elendil and Gil Galad fight Sauron.
Where and why
With Beren when he snatches the Silmaril from The Dark Lord's crown. To think that only 2 people managed to get Silmaril from the Dark Lord, he must have felt sooo stupid.
1. At the marriage of Aragorn and Arwen
or
2. At the marriage of Sam and Rosie
Where and why?
at the marriage of sam and rosie... hobbits are so cute and a hobbit wedding must be a lovely ceremony.
1. fighting shelob together with sam

2. fighting the witchking together with ’owyn
where and why?
Fighting Shelob with Sam, even though I hate spiders or at least I am afraid of them, especially large ones. But as most of the problem is not knowing where there are hiding, Shelob wouldn't be quite so bad, if I had an electronic full-body shield and a Kill-O-Zap Ray Gun.’ Besides, on the Fields of Pellennor one could accidently get killed by a stray arrow, sword stroke, or War-Olliphaunt.
Where would you rather be and why:
1. Henneth Ann’n for a sunset.
or
2. At the fringe of Fangorn when Gandalf the White first introduces the three hunters to Shadowfax.
Definately at the fringe of Fangorn when Gandalf the White first introduces the three hunters to Shadowfax, simply because I want to see it myself (Shadowfax)

2.When Gandalfs helps King Theoden in the Golden Hall (after beeing under Sarumans spell)

the first one... I guess it's a lovely scene and the surroundings are most beautiful.
1. the nazgul's attacking the hobbits at the prancing pony

2. their attacking faramir and his men at osgiliath

Well...neither...but that's not a choice...so......the first one.
1) Sitting on Fangorn's "shoulders" with Merry and Pippin striding towards the Entmoot

2) Watching as Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas send Boromir down the river after his death.
where and why?
on the ents shoulders, i always liked the ents
1)eating a dinner in Bag-end
2)drinking some ent water (i forget the proper name)
The second one; I want to be able to talk to trees!
1.With Bilbo and dwarves when those three trolls were turned to stone...
or
2.Fighting alongside Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli at Minas Tirith.

the first-i dont like war
1)going to Amon

2) staying in ME wth the other elves
2,staying in ME with the other elves because of the fellowship among them
1.Visit the Lothrorien and have chat with Celeborn

in the goldenwood. this of course is if i started in hobbiton and already had met the hobbits

the council, rivendel is one of my favorit eplace in ME

when the istari came to ME cuz i love Gandalf, Radagast and all of the wizards (ok not a very good reason but i couldnt think of another one.)

I chose the Paths of The Dead, I hope Aragorn's will would give me the strength and courage to make it. I always wondered what it would be like to enter The Mountain, which even Gimli the Dwarf, proud and corageous as he was, was frightened to enter.
1. With Gandalf and Aragorn, during their long search for Gollum before the War.
OR
2. With Elladan and Elrohir on one of their Orc-killing raids.
Where and Why?
the first one, I'd go searching for gollum. sounds exciting, yeah, but not as dangerous as hunting orcs... on the other hand, together two nice elves... I'll think about it.
1- marching from bag end to his new home together with frodo, sam and pip
or
2- stealing food from farmer maggot together with merry and pippin
stealing food from farmer maggott cuz it is fun to annoy people!!!
1) With Frodo when he and Sam are about to throw the Ring into Mount Doom and Gollum kindly interupts them
Or
2) With Aragorn, Legolas, Gandalf, Gimli, ect when they ride to keep Sauron's eye off Frodo
Where and Why?
well, with aragorn and legolas and gimli, i wouldn't want to fall and burn, and you could see the whole thing destroying and everything from where they were... at a safer distance.
1. When Bilbo puts on the ring and disappears in front of the hobbits
or
2. with frodo and sam when Galadriel lets them look into her mirror

*thinks* In the Shire, because I'd probably go to the birthday party first.

I think the birthday party would be much more fun.
Which and why?
1) On the dock to watch the Ringbearers leave Middle-earth.
or
2) On the beach to see the first arrival of the N’menoreans.
On the beach to see the first N’menoreans....The leaving of the Ringbearers always made me cry...
1) Sitting under the window ledge listening to Gandalf tell Frodo about the ring with Sam,

2) Sitting with Frodo, Sam, and Gollum outside the Black Gate wondering how you're going to get in?

siting under the window sill, im alergic to horrible deaths and unimaginable pain

um, fighting Gothmog....he looks better

Running through Rohan, for there aren't any bad guys chasing us there and the Black Riders scare the Heebee-jeebees out of me!!!
1) With Sam seeing his first Oliphaunt.

2) With Tuor when he met Voronw’.
Where and Why?
With Tuor. It would be incredible to be in Beleriand in the First Age. Not to mention the incredible circumstances in wich they met...
1. Having a pint and pipe with Merry and Pip in a Buckland inn
OR
2. Talking to Thorin and Company during their evening in Bag End
Where and Why?
2,talking with the dwarfes, it would have been nice knowing them
1)Being with Pippin when he was looking at the Palantir
2)Being with Pippin when he got his task lighting the Baecons
