1) AC Cobra, they handle like a sack of spuds aparantly, but they look so cool
2)Mini Copper
3)Holden Manaro, just been rereleased, real plain looking but they've got a rocket under the bonnet
4)Series 3 short wheel bassed LandRover, my dad had one with a canvas roof, ex special forces, i loved that clunky old thing
And a couple motor bikes:
5)1985 Suzuki GSX 1100E, oh yeah!!!!
6)Suzuki GSX 750 slingshot, i had the 250R, a real go fast machine, but this one was a heap of junk, seems the guys that loaded it on the ship in Japan didn't run it after they water blasted it, never went right
7)Triumph 900 trophy
8)Triumph 750 Bonniville, a classic
9)Norton commando, not sure of the cc's, pretty sure they were 750 too, but look real cool.
10)and the humble ole GN 250, slow old single banger but a nice reliable little bike

Well it’s been my favorite car since I was 15, and it still hasn’t changed, my personal fav, the 1968 SS Chevy Camaro (but I’d settle for a regular 67, or 69 as well). Oh yes I will own one someday!
I like those ones too Rhodry. You got good taste in cars.
1~ Ford GT,2005
2~1966 GT40 Mark II
3~ 1957 Ferrari 410 Superamerica
4~1998 Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR
I like bunchs of classic cars but can't remember the name.

The originals were 750cc Rhodry, but they later brought out an 850cc version with electric start which is the one most people remember.

Having seen you mention the Triumph 750 Bonniville and the Norton Commando, I'm surprised you didn't mention their hybrid, the Triton. This was perhaps the best British motorcycle ever made.

Sorry, this is a thread about cars, isn't it. Val slaps his own wrists. My favourite car.... I don't know really. I haven't had too many to choose from. If it wasn't for the fact that it was totally unreliable, always breaking down, and a total pain to work on, I'd have to say my 2.0Lt Triumph Dolomite Sprint.

If it wasn't for the fact that they are so uncool to be seen dead in, I'd say my 2Lt Ford Capris. Never broke down on me once and great for power sliding and handbrake turns.

Our Ford in England: didn't have floorboards in the trunk/ boot
Our Jeep Cherokee: no seatbelts and locks
Our Saturn: was one of our only nice cars, except for the stains everywhere
Our Audi 95: piece of sh*t. It broke down so many times I lost count. We had to jump start it with cables, and it had no a/c, heat, locks, seatbelts. It just flat out sucked.
Now we have a PT Cruiser which I love! I Love You Smilie The best car I've had yet!
The Capri was a cool little car Val, especially the 3ltr Granada, little rocketship.
I had a 2.8 V6 ford Seirra, that was a fun car.
Grondy's still most desirable, nay most lust-after-able:

'54 MG TF - green
'55 Mercedes-Benz 300SL (gullwing coupe) - silver
'56 Chevy Hardtop - red and white
'57 T-bird - gold
'58 Impala Hardtop - black
'59 Corvette Convertible - red

After that I was in Uni and could no longer give cars the time of day, but when I graduated I bought a '64 Plymouth Valiant convertible in deep metallic blue with Hurst four on the floor, which got traded in for a '70 VW Type 3 fuel injected orange Squareback when the family came along.

That may not be obvious to the newcomers Mellie. Some of them may not even know what one is. Towards rectifying that, here are a couple links:

Oh yeah, Mellie's family owns one.

Here are some links to my car. I hope you enjoy seeing them. There are others, but these were the best ones.

my dads got a jag, beautiful car to drive, got heaps of grunt and comfortable over long distances, but extreamly unreliable, always breaking down it is.

That has always been the knock against Jags since I first met an owner of one in 1958. It was a maroon saloon and he said Jags could never stay in tune. They needed to have their carbs, timing, and/or valves adjusted just about weekly, but when tuned up, it was the smoothest running car there is, bar the Rolls.
