hello my name is Rögnvaldur and im trying to learn Sindarin and i am in a big trouble. I have found some programs that can help me to learn it but it is just so hard.

I suggest starting here Elvish Linguistic Fellowship on the web, and check out Resources (get the recommended books as far as Tolkien-written sources, if possible).
Actually, maybe check out Articles first (from the E. L. F. link) and read Elvish as She Is Spoke before moving on to even the recommended Neo-Sindarin websites.
