I just saw it yesterday. It was alright in an old musical way, I suppose. I never saw Grease, so I can't make comparisons, but I think the music and dancing in Hairspray were pretty cool. Michelle Pfeiffer makes a great antagonist, and John Travolta was a positively hilarious Mom! Haha. Broadway fans will love it!
