Don`t know if you`ve found a site yet, but try, they`ve got an elven name translater and a lot of other fun stuff ;) They`ve got a location finder too. Enjoy!

Here you find a quenya-babybook where you (might) find your quenya name translated from what your real name means :D Barrowdowns just makes them up ;) has lots of links to other great sites too.

Yup...I used Barrodowns.
I saw a manual name generator somewhere in the links posted here in PT!
