What you do is just add letters until you've spelled a word. The person who adds the last letter to the word, if caught, gets a G in the word GHOST, kinda like HORSE. When you think the person doesn't know they're spelling, you can challenge them.
Maybe someone else can explain better, but I hope I've helped...
