It's a made-up thing. He doesn't go to the East, indeed.

Robert Foster's Guide has no listing for 'Shorab' and the entry under Gandalf only lists the other names.

I have not heard this name before, Arcormacolindóva, so I think it has likely been made up for the sake of role-playing. This doesn't mean that it is necessarily bad, just that it's not Tolkien canon. Sometimes the RPG have to 'gap-fill'.

Yes, it's a RPG thing again. The RPGers also made up names for all Nazgûl, while JRRT only gave one name : Khamûl.

ICE who produced Middle Earth Role Playing did indeed name the nazgul, but even they did not not use the name Shorab for Gandalf. His entry in Lords of Middle Earth has just his usual names from UT. If it is a RPG invention, its not one of the ICE MERP ones.

It may have come from a piece of Fan Fiction somewhere.
