Andy Serkis (gollum) playing ian dury (and the blockheads). Looks like he plays the part
very well. Good to see him making his mark elsewhere. will always be gollum to me (us) though.

I was a bit of a fan of Ian Dury in my youth myself. I'm not really sure why he felt he had to soften his Leftist political edge to be an actor though
. A lot of actors have strong political convictions Left and Right. In fact his colleague Ian McKellen is a well known and outspoken Leftist and Gay Activist (it still baffles me how he let himself be suckered into the Right Wing update of The Prisoner. But that's a discussion for another forum

Was a Stranglers fan myself but liked ian dury, came out with some good stuff.
