You went to the Lake District? sigh.

Well I can't remember the questions in order, I shall just answer a few with each post.

The person from my past I should most like to meet, my little brother Nelson who died recently.

What is in the trunk(boot) of my car, nothing, it is totally immaculate at the moment.

What books have I read, the trilogy of the planets by C.S. Lewis (all within a couple of days I thought it would kill me!),Agatha Christie and others collaborated book called The Floating Admiral, Pope John Pauls small book entitled Faith and Reason, Charles Dickens -A Hard Life, Cookson's The Invitation, Tolkien's The Perilous Land book with Leaf by Niggle, Farmer Giles of Ham and Smith of Wooten Major.

The last place we went was to Juniper Bay, an awesome still place where once you park you descend for a long time until you come to a still Juniper filled place with a grassy meadow and then down again until you reach the calm tiptoe quiet bay with such soft sandy clean beach. There are a multitude of marmots that scamper and play quietly and the only sounds seem to be the birds as they soar and flutter. The lapping of the turquoise waves makes it hard to stay away and there is a long path that goes from the beach and disappears into the woods and takes you almost a mile along, and while you journey the path you can pick up amazing rocks to polish and specatcular driftwood to dry, clean , sand and polish into works of lovely art.

Wonderful speaking again...  And quite a challenge, these questions.  But I'll do my best,

1.  The last subject I looked at last night on Wikipedia was Guan Yu, the legendary Chinese warrior.

2.  Aside from the basic (spare tire, tools, etc.), there is the residue that tends to pile up: some plastic bags, empty or otherwise, someone's forgotten umbrella, a couple of old newspapers for an emergency.

3.  JRR Tolkien, Che Guevara, and Scherezade, but not all at the same dinner party: one for each.  Please don't say she isn't historical, because I'm sure she is... even if with another name.

4.  Yes, me too... my father.  A seaman, like yourself, Valedhelgwath.

5.  I don't know if it sums me up, but it goes click in my heart: the song from A Celtic Tale, I don't know if it has that same name.

6.  Refried  black beans and plantains.

7.  Ip Man, for the fourth time.

8.  Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.

9.  Currently, Touch.

10. My unbetter half.

11. Actually, two breakfasts, in proper hobbit fashion: one, just fresh fruit; half an hour later, coffee with a slurp of soy milk, whole wheat toast and natural honey.

12. Towards a Poor Theatre, Grotowski's manual; En el camino andamos, a novel by a friend; The Savage Detectives, by Roberto Bolaño; Tai Chi Chuan for Health, by Lee Ying Arng; El Visitador, by José Milla; Piedras amargas, by Manuel José Arce; random collections of poetry; and of course my permanent re-reading of the fundamental Tolkien works: Silmarillion, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Children of Hurin, Unfinished Tales.

13. A little beach called Hawai.  Not Hawaii, USA, halfway across the Pacific Ocean, just this lonely little beach where this same huge sea washes up onto this tiny strip of land called Central America.

14. I guess it would be this very same computer I'm sitting at right now, and that's been a while.  Hm,

15. Zuma's Revenge, little shiny balls that blow up three by three and somehow create order in my inner universe.

There.  What a cleansing experience, thank you!

I last talked to Natalie to make arrangements for lunch before she delivers her second child.

I usually am absolutely starving when i awake, blood sugar. When I was under terrible stress a few years ago I was tested for diabetes and tested positive. So I stopped letting time go on before breaking my night fasts and in time my numbers went to normal. So, about 4:30 a.m .I eat omega3 egg on wholewheat toast, rolled oats with half and half with honey or dark sugar, fresh fruit like orange, peach, banana , whatever is available, then some black tea with cream and honey. I also eat something before working out and about every two hours to three hours a snack.

Favorite meal, lentil stew, crispy chicken, dark meat only, baked red potatoe, romaine based Greek salad and a hand full of cashew or pistachio nuts. Plus a ton of root vegetables drizzled with butter, basil and salt and pepper.
