Due to the current state of our modern world, I didn't want to celebrate Halloween in a morbid or scary spot so I picked 'Under Sam's Mallorn Tree' 
I chose the Barrow Ddowns as I think it would be cool to have a party at night there with the stars and the moon shinning in the sky and also many bright Barrow Wights eyes looking at you from up there. If you also put on some music they could be tempted to come and join the party....
I thought the Barrow Downs would be good too, or the Paths of the Dead.. The day after Halloween is El Dio de los Muertos - the Day of the Dead - in Mexico where family members that have 'gone before' are remembered so that seemed appropriate too.
