That is a tall order, and by the way a very sincere welcome to our family. Have you tried going on Google and printing "list of Tolkien inspired music/lyrics?" I would give it a whirl. If any one on this site can help you I would think it would be Oerath Windsoul, Brego and Galin.

There is a Canadian rock band called Rush, whose early albums were partially influenced by Tolkien's work. On their second album, Fly by Night, they have a track called Rivendell while their third album, Caress of Steel, has a track called the Necromancer which talks of travelers leaving Rivendell to venture into "the cold and forbidding land of the Necromancer"
These early albums featured quite a lot of fantasy themes and heroic figures fighting mythical beasts.

99% sure that's from "War of Wrath", the intro to Blind Guardian's album "Nightfall in Middle-Earth".
It must be said, however, that in the book Sauron was not with Morgoth at that time at all, he had already fled from Morgoth years before after Lúthien had humiliated him.
Tolkien-related music I can recommend: Tolkien Ensemble, Blind Guardian, Summoning, Battlelore.

As Virumor said: BLIND GUARDIAN. It's the first band I have known which plays songs inspired in Tolkien work. Furthermore they use to work together with specialists that know good his "world". Then you have also many bands that have names related to Tolkien e.g. Amon Amarth... but they make viking, middle age music not anything related to Tolkien's work.
