A new year, a new film, a new Lord of the Rings Fan Club art contest. Yes, it's back, the Fan Club's annual art contest for fans has returned for 2004! Last year's contest was tremendously successful and this year promises to be even better. The 2003 contest judging panel included noted Tolkien illustrator and film conceptual artist John Howe; this year's contest will also feature a celebrity judge from the world of Tolkien art, to be named as soon as confirmation is received!
