Suilad,

Have you always been a deeply involved reader of Tolkien? Have you ever wanted to stand within the city of Minas Tirith? Ridden the plains of Rohan? Have you wanted to sail down the Anduin and into the Mouths of Entwash? Have you wanted to speak to an Ent? Storm the Black Gate? Have you wanted to wield the most powerful historical weapons of Middle Earth? Have you wanted to fight beside Legolas? Explore the depths of Moria? Defend Rivendell? Whether you are moral, or evil, this text based mudding environment is a fully interactive and complete world of Tolkien.

It has everything you could imagine. The game is set in the last days of the War of the Ring, every character you could imagine is there, every city in so much detail you could not possibly imagine. There are hundreds of quests, thousands of places to explore, many skills, professions, races, including thieves, rangers, wizards, warriors, as well as dunedain, sindar and silvan elves, dwarves, hobbits, and more.

Two Towers MUD was started in 1995 and I have had the pleasure of being there since the opening. It is a world that has never ceased to amaze and surprise me, and as a roleplayer, has provided me with a virtual world that allows me to completely immerse myself inTolkien.

There are many social groups including clans, guilds, and a rich history of development and player interaction that sees this game as one of the most active muds online.

There are helpers, and ainur, and many people to meet and see.

This is an RPG mud, PG13. It is also a player-kill environment and there are assassin's and those would would seek to betray and murder - as there were in Tolkien's books. If you want a place full of theme, but balanced, come and see us at Two Towers.
