Thread: Is any body ever here?
What help do you need?
Which way did you come in? Which was meant as a joke.
I don't know the time zone of the Misty Mountains but someone has usually been in the chatroom from 2200-0300 GMT on those days I have logged on which is late for the Europeans, but they are usually too early for me as I live in Time Zone 8 (PST).
Make sure you are in /join #Tolkien because that is where the action can be found except on those Sundays at 2100 GMT when we hold a one hour plus discussion on various topics of Tolkien for beginners or anyone else that is interested. It is held in /join #Bilbos-Study. See Tolkien Weekly Courses under Misc near the bottom of the Forum index.
Hmm. Seriously now, I think it's just a timezone problem, like Grondy said. Anyways, I do hope seeing you around some time, and until then: have fun! Cheers! Tommie
Grondy and Tommie are right, it is a time zone thing. I am usually listed in the chat room, but away from the keyboard a lot. Where are you located? Perhaps we can find a time to chat. With this being the Christmas season and New Years coming up I have been spending more time with the family. I will be back to my old antics after the holidays are over though. Don't give up on us. P-T has a lot to offer, and there is so much to do and find here. It just gets better and better every day.
Hope to see you in chat soon.
Nice to hear melliot, I do appreciate it is the time zone, I get withdrawal symptons when I dont manage to chat to you. I shall have to move to be in another time zone I think.
I usually around in the mornings and at night. Where I am from the best time to go to chat is about 6:00-7:00 at night. Nienna has not posted for a long while,hope-fully he/she will come back!
