I am assuming that you tried the link from the homepage which displays the last 5 forum posts.
The thread : Candidate for Post of the Week is actually found in a special thread in which Council Members discuss the posts which show merit. This thread is accessable to Council Members only, which is why you got that postBody.
If you go into the forum (link at the top of the webpage) and you will find the thread Post of the Week you will be able to view the post that was selected.
