Well, yes...I only wish to inform those of you that this month's edition of "Military Heritage" magazine, an American publication, has an entire article devoted to JRR's World War I wartime experiences in France...'tis quite an interesting read, and I'll fancy that a number of you will find it both entertaining and informative. I really must be going now, never enough time in the day to get one's duties out of the way, so a good day to one and all of you!

Today is the first time I've seen this thread. Some new threads with no follow-up posts get lost and don't show up as hew posts until the second post is made.

Has any one else checked out the above article? I looked for an online version to no avail.
