I opened my facebook account when I learnt that to-be-bosses would be checking employees facebook accounts to see if they are social enough.So I came out from under my rock and hurriedly opened an account.Now I have almost 200 friends and I go regularly.

Those employers are probably checking to see if employees or prospective employees are too social. Some people are not to brilliant when they post their status and pictures or choosing friends. I recommend that you set your friends list so that it can only be viewed by yourself.
Yes I have done that Rednell thank you and only one or two people are random adds in my list.
