Here's round one of a new, official Lord of the Rings quiz to find the top expert on Tolkien:

It's easy at the moment but will get more difficult through five rounds. Prizes include a Sony eReader and limited edition copies of 'The Legend of Sigurd and Gudr’n' and 'The Children of H’rin', worth over ’900.
