I think the answer to that is fairly simple, if you ask me. When you reply to a post you can check that box, right. Just don't check it next time. I think that might do. Though I'm not sure.

When I try to get into Chat it says I need to join my channel. I try and type in "/join #your_channel" but it doesn't work. Help
Type in "/join #Tolkien", except for our classes Sundays at 9:00 PM GMT when you should use
"/join #Bilbos-Study".
Note: there is no apostrophe. I didn't the first time; when I finally figured it out, I rode into class 10 minutes late in a blue Huff--I don't remember the year or the model, just the color and make of the automobile.

HELP! 
I have some trouble when logged in
. Not quite a loggin problem, but it can have something to do whit my log-files.
When logged in I can only see the headers (i.e. Main Menu, J.R.R. Tolkien, ...) of the main menu (I'm using the original PT-layout). What's wrong? Can somebody help me out please?

Try logging onto the no-frills version of Planet-Tolkien. If you have a slow connection, sometimes it is hard to load all the graphics.

I think there was something wrong with the loading devices of IE (couldn't be my connection: is LAN/T1 - so quit fast
). I switched my layout choice and that made the difference.

This is totally off the subject, but since Aramie's been in this thread I thought I might put it here. Where is she????
I've been trying to get a hold of her for a while! She drew me an avater and I asked if she could change one thing and have never heard from her since! Maybe she's mad. It was a very nice pic though! The best way to contact her, bar an email, is to PM her as follows:1) Click on the Member List in the Menu on the left side of your screen. 2) Find Amari’'s name (it is on the 4th page of the As) and click on it. 3) Click on Send a private postBody to Amari’. 4) Send her your postBody. When she returns, she will see she has a postBody and will reply to yours. (You will know this as the postBody will be noted on the 'Welcome back to Planet-Tolkien.com ladyoflegolas' bar at the top of the page right after your name.
Besides, I think Amari’ said she would be away for a week or two in a post last week, of course I may be mistaken, as there are quite a few of you members to keep track of, and as Barliman Butterbur says, "One thing drives out another."

It's still a bug only experienced when using Internet Explorer browsers.

Another question: is it possible that I have ceased to receive Mithril when I log in? Not just today, I know the messages are sent round at a certain time, but I logged in both yesterday and today, and I'm still on the same amount of Mithril. Nothing serious, just silly curious me.

That is what I thought too, untill I figured out that all I had to do was to log in twice.. Now THAT is silly! Another question: is it possible that I have ceased to receive Mithril when I log in?
