WARNING: DWARVES ONLY

I've been around pt for quite some time now and have not met many dwarves except grondy. So guys if any of you are dwarves whatever your location just post here so that we may know how many members our dwarven community has.
Bambur reporting for duty.

The dwarves ahs always been my rolemodels in the world of Middle-earth.
Hey hey hey.

Took more than one year for someone to reply but you did it the Dwarvish way; slowly but steady. Big Smile Smilie Dunce Smilie Orc With Thumbs Up Smilie Elf With a Big Grin Smilie
Oh? Wouldnt Grondy have found his way in here then? Orc Grinning Smilie
Due to the nature of our Forum's engine, Grondy often doesn't see new threads until they have been a answered once. I don't know why, I just know I usually try to add and delete a dummy post in order for my new thread to show up in the lists. That is the case here.

So who is going to be head honcho; who is going to be record keeper; and who is going to our head cracker? I got dibs on being refreshment provider as I'll have them catered by the Khazad-d’mish Inn.
Hee hee hee. I'll be record keeper my friends. And grondy will be the representative of us dwarves (if the need arises).
Head or skulls, Ill crack them all!

Looks like we got ourselves a three man guild! Good for straters Orc With Thumbs Up Smilie
Hey Grondy I was thinking about your idea. Why doesn't the Dwarven Guild sponsor and organise a singing competition at the Khazad-Dumish inn? We could offer a replica of the Arkenstone as a gift? What do you think?

Gifts are purely fictional
*Loss feels lonely being the only active Nazg’l on the planet... and tries a fake beard and walks on his knees to blend in... Thorin notices, Loss makes a run for it leaving a terrifying screech trail behind him*

Hey Bambur, as our head cracker, i think you have work to do!
Grondy is proud to be a member of this group of fine low-standing Dwarves.

Fake beard and on his knees, that wouldn't even fool a hobbit.....head-knocking is too good for 'im.
Don't worry Grondy he probably is lonely as most of his Kin has disappeared into thick air. And i think it's time to tell 'em Nazgul to change song. It no longer is Scary!
Araths song IS scary: Rawr!
The day an elf scares a dwarf Arath I'll cut...........Grondy's beard! Elf With a Big Grin Smilie Elk Grinning Smilie Orc Grinning Smilie
Thorin walks in and hammers a notice:

*Pokes head round the corner and notices the newly converted Dwarf...*

I thought you wanted to be the only active Hobbit around Samadhi? If you indeed are a Dwarf, the you are the only female one in the site... You still hold the title of 'the only one' around here Orc Smiling Smilie
i found that there are no hobbits in PT that's what i became a DWARF Orc With Thumbs Up Smilie Orc Grinning Smilie
Yes. Soon we we Dwarves will have enough power to execute my great plan......isn't it Loss? Very Evil Smilie Very Evil Smilie Very Evil Smilie
all riiiiiiiiight will seeee Orc Grinning Smilie
If you are refering to trying to convert me to Dwarfism (that's a real condition isn't it?)... Then you've got another thing coming... I'm saving my Mithril for a pony Orc Smiling Smilie (The 400 which I'd use is for the deposit Elf Sticking Tounge Out Smilie )
You are in luck, Loss! A little bird just told me the price for a seeing-eye Nazgul pony has dropped considerably since the War. But I do believe they are still only sold in bulks of nine.
No Loss my great plan involves annoying Nazguls. Huh, a Nazgul wishing to ride a pony will look like an elf trying to keep a dwarvish beard!

Are you lashing out at C’rdan the Shipwright?

Anyway, by Helm Hammerhand, where be all the tall, blond, burly & noble Rohirrim?

where be all the tall, blond, burly & noble Rohirrim?

Crying the loss of Eowyn maybe?
Where now she wanders none can tell,
In sunlight or in shade;
For lost of yore was ’owyn
For in Ithilien she strayed.
She rejected all the Rohirrim men,
In favour of a fair knight,
Leaving her own beloved lands,
She passed away to the South.
Glory won on Pelennor Fields,
soon erased by folly deeds
Overcome by silver-tongued sycophant,
forever did she part our fair land
Oh, despair not men of the horse country,
for those who take your women without leave,
Will not fare well in this beautiful world,
Oh, men of the green plains, despair not!
It is probably not my place here, but it is something I like to add...

The deeds of men , and women in that part,
Can not be thought off deeds of clear mind.
They make decisions led mostly by their hearts.
It is their way of walking on in life.

Oh, Maiden of the Golden Hall,
You left in lands of Rohan scar.
Ithilien is now your home
And you are its golden star.
For an Elf Ammornel, your way with words is fair. Elf Winking Smilie
Happy Elf Smilie And for a dwarf you say too many good words to an elf. Cepuvan annalya ’renyass’.
I hope this next one I say correct: Menu gamut khed!

Namaarie!
Nolmen ready for anything! and willing to bash some skulls if need be!
hello do you want too be friends
Sure Liljoe, tell us about yourself, in one of our Introduce yourself threads.

I got a new pick and shovel and a camel hair brush and can hardly wait to get back to the Aglarond to bring another Gem to sparkly life.

Oh Glittering Caves..! i wish to go there one day,if dwarf lords allows it... Orc Grinning Smilie
In this matter only Grondy can help you. Though the glittering Caves is worth the detour to visit fair Khazad Dum holds the chiefest place in my heart!
it's easy way to earn mithrils from mines of Khazad-d’m Wink Smilie
Only for Dwarves. But hobbits are not allowed to go to the lodes leading to the mines and in any case they wouldn't dare to go anywhere there!
Of course, not: 'cause the goblins will get ya if ya don't watch out! - from the poem The Little Orphan Annie by James Whitcomb Riley.

If any Nazg’l join us recently, then they probably would not afford a pony for themselves until they get enough of all that valuable Mithril. So I'll take all nine! That way we can then get to the Dwarvish Guild faster and create some havoc Orc Smiling Smilie Now for my escape before Thorin finds Bambur to give me a head-bashin'. Although it wouldnt work, for through my hood, there is nothing but fear!! *Makes escape with a screech* Super Scared Smilie

So...there are less Dwarves than the original Seven Fathers on this website.  Well, I guess that fits,

Dain Ironfoot II reporting for duty, sir!

This is but a front door to the caves of your folk, my young fellow. You may find more of your kin in the Khazad-dumish Inn. I used to be a guest of its courtesy not so long ago, but another age has come upon us and I shall stay away for a wild. You, however, are free of times past and uneasy memories, so

BE WELCOME on behalf of those who are no longer among us! And Farewell!

Mim the Petty Dwarf Reporting for duty, Sir.

Slow and Steady wins the race. Why has this post evaded my sights for so long? I call dibs on the job of blacksmithy!

Better late than never! See we have quite a few Dwarves around here thought we're pretty quiet and secretive!! Time to move your smith over here Gimli
