I do wish we could refrain from using words that are meaningless in English. Khuzdul, Quenya, and Sindarin are gibberish to most of us; and filling in all the blanks with letters and still not comprehending the source, subject, or meaning isn't much fun IMHO.
But suit yourself if you have the need to show off. I'm not going to make the above a rule, for there are some words in those languages that most of us would recognize, it is only the obscure ones to which I object.
