After seeing the status of Rafael's current puzzle and assuming Mellon's G and Ladyoflegolas's H are both correct, I guess it is up to me to fill in the other missing blanks and give the answer. It being:
The Great Year of Plenty found under T.A. 3020 (S.R. 1420) in Appendix B of RotK. I only looked it up after having solved it.
So now try:
