It's the J. Geils Band, and the song is called Centerfold. That song was a big hit back in the early 80's when I was like in 5th grade.

I just finished listening to John Coltrane, My Favorite Things (whilst folding letters, and stuffing envelopes for extra cash). Right now I’m listening to the amazing guitar playing of Ronnie Earl from the album Blues Guitar Virtuoso Live In Europe recorded in Bremen, Germany in 1993.

The Detroit Lions losing 23-13 against the Vikings the other day... geez do we suck!

My computer's fan and hard drive a spinning, also my refrigerator and the overhead fluorescent light in the kitchen. (The computer is set up in the dining area of my tiny apartment.)

Things will be better for the Lions in a couple of years. Joey Harrington is the real deal, and your 1st round pick this year Charles Rogers will be one of the best receivers in the league in another year or two. Plus ’Mooch’ is a good coach; he will get things turned around in Detroit eventually. It's just gonna take a little time.
At least you can take some solace in the fact that the Lions aren't the worst team in the NFL. In fact, they’re not even among the top seven worst teams. Right now the Lions are better than the ’Teddy Bears’, ’the Bolts’, ’the Bungles’, the Jags, the Texans, the J-E-T-S-Jets, and the Cardinals. Have I ever mentioned that NFL football is a huge part of my life? ’Don’t get me started, don’t even get me started!’

Bob Calvert - Commander Lockheed and the Starfighters.

Neil Young- Needle and the Damage Done (just came on the radio, what a piece of luck!)
