It depends. If you mean popcorn with icing sugar or not. and if you mean candy as in traditional hard candy you break your teeth on. If the popcorn doesn't have icing sugar, and the candy is traditional, the popcorn. And if the popcorn doesn't have icing sugar, and the candy isn't hard, then the candy. And if the popcorn has icing sugar, and the candy is hard, then the popcorn. And if the popcorn has icing sugar, and the candy isn't hard, then.... that's a hard choice to make, but the candy.
